Student Property Management £200 set up fee Cost + 11% of rent collection per month

Service Includes

  • Property marketed on zoopla, website and other marketing portals
  • Full credit and reference check
  • Drawing up tenancy agreement
  • Deposit taken and secured in DPS
  • First months rent collected
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Inventory provided
  • Electric and gas informed
  • Quarterly visit to the property
  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Tenant checkout and deposit resolution
  • Provide student exception to council
  • Professional photos taken.
  • Inspect the property every 3 months and provide report to landlord
  • Negotiating deposit and resolution
  • Providing guarantors and credit checks

Rent Collection £0 set up fee Cost: 8% rent collection fee per month on residential / commercial lettings

Service Includes

  • Full marketing
  • Prepare tenancy documents
  • Collect deposit and 1st months’ rent
  • Handover tenant document to landlord
  • Deposit Secured in government scheme
  • Tenant reference and credit checked
  • Collecting rent on monthly basis and transferring to landlords account
